We believe that mere theological qualification and intellect is not helpful when one has desire to teach pastors and church planters. Therefore it is our policy that only the Teaching Elders and those who have done at least five years of church planting work will be invited to teach in RTI.
We are gradually going to approach all of the PRCI Teaching elders for teaching purpose and following Teaching Elders have been faithfully teaching in RTI.
